NEW OBJECT OF DESIRE

May I introduce you to the latest piece of fashion I am craving for: The Lotus Weekender by Opelle Creative. In search of a resilient and roomy bag for university I stumbled over this gorgeous leather bag on Etsy. The Opelle bags are handmade by Amy Malcolm, a young Canadiane, and exude pure quality and perfection. Well, I am sure we will hear a lot more of this great indie label in the funture. FALL IN LOVE!

...with these pretty pretty pretty, aw, AMAZING loafers by Steve Madden, one of my favourite shoe designers. Do you know that feeling when you glance at a something fashionable and suddenly a little happy pressure spreads in your heart? THAT's LOVE, girls!! And one I just can't resist. Well, I guess the buy-button simply looks way too charming...

I ♥ EBAY- MY LATEST BARGAINS

I have to admit: I really LOVE eBay! This is the place where you can find EVERYTHING - and I mean EVERYTHING - your great fashion heart longs for. And if you are in luck, you can even get it for a price that is cheaper than you've ever imagined.

 

What you see on the photos are my latest eBay bargains (yes, I'm an addicted eBay-fashion-bargain-grabber!): the wonderful Jimmy Choo for H&M fur vest (I got it for 18€, yey!), Amrita Singh bangles, my so long desired golden jeans and my new wonderful gorgeous super-pretty and beloved Asymmetric Zara Pumps! Sold out everywhere, they are still in high demand and reach prizes up to 200-300€, but I luckily got them for unbelievable 77€. That's what I call "worth the money", right? They are forever mine - and I beg they will always be in trend.

And so I keep on searching for bargains on eBay; it's not just fun, but always worth the investment!

TREND ALERT: COLOUR POP JEANS

As I already mentioned in the previous post, COLOUR POP JEANS are a MUST-HAVE in the upcoming season that you just can't get around!! I especially fell in love with these beauties by one of my favourite online shops: AX Paris.What do you think? Do you love them as much as me?

WISHLIST | MY SS2012 ESSENTIALS

These are the things that I have already taken a glance at for a while and that shall sweeten up my SS2012 season. So here theye come - the TOP 10 things about to jump into my wardrobe this year:

1. something in trend-colour MINT, e.g. this pretty playsuit (River Island)

2. signal coloured POP-PUMPS (here my absolute favourite one in cobalt: Aldo MEASE)

3. METALLIC still isn't out! Well I love gold, but silver shiny jeans surely will make you shine like a star, too! (AX Paris)

4. a SUEDE JACKET in a summer colour - thank god this beauty is already mine! (Ibana Rouge via Le Ballon)

5. a WHITE BLOUSE - white rocks this eason, even more special with black applications (Storets)

6. GLADIATOR SANDALS are in-styleThis one is from MANGO, but I also love the ZARA alternative - check it out!

7. SILK FOULARDS with traditional patterns or floral prints. Well, I consider this one by MANGO to be the prettiest of those foulards this season - love it!

8. an ASYMMETRIC DRESS, skirt, etc. are definite eyecatchers this season. I plan to buy this lovely one by LOVE very soon!

9. PASTELL-JEANS, preferably skinny and totally beautiful! Pink, lilac, mint or signal yellow - a must-have in eveyone's wardrobe! (AX PARIS lilac jeans)

10. DESTROYED CUT-OFF SHORTS (this one to buy on COAL N TERRY VINTAGE.com)I already see myself in these rocker-chic and super-cool shorts, combined with a blouse, biker boots and loads of jewellery! Yey, summer, here I come!!!

...and there's a number 11 on my wishlist in my mind: A teal suede skirt. Teal - a wonderful colour, isn't it? But I might better fullfill my dreams step by step or I will see my wallet scream! Hahaha, you know that feeling, girls, right?

Anyway, HEY SPRING! I NEED YOU! Come soon, please! Okay?

THE COLOURS OF 2012

Here's a little preview of what colours await us in spring / summer 2012 - and to describe it all in one: it's going to be COLOURFUL! In contrast to the summer of 2011, no strong colours will dominate the season  (except the bright yellow that is gaining ground in more and more celebrity wardrobes!), but pastel shades, especially apricot, gentle pinks, mint and lilac . Aqua colours in combination with pearl sheen take another huge part in S/S designer collections and also the slightly darker petrol is forecasted to be an in-stlye-colour of the season. Last but not least the majesties of colours, the non-colours black and white stay essential within every outfit - the optimistic white even more than black. So ladies, lets be at the ready and wait for spring to come! Yey!

And although I can't wait for the cheerful-colourful spring/summer-season (and for better weather) to come, I definitely will keep loving and wearing my favourites!
